Regarding the reinstall of stock turbo on a 2G

I am removing the turbo and o2 housing from the exhaust manifold to install an o2 dump housing. When i go to reinstall the turbo, what steps should I do first? How do I circulate oil through the turbo before starting the engine? And are there torque specifications to the four bolts holding the turbo to the manifold? Also any insightfull suggestions regarding removing the turbo?
