Kenner,
I've owned 3 dsm's over the years. I took a little break and tried a supercharged mustang and recently a 3rd gen Rx-7.
Things have changed alot since my days of big 16g's and upgraded sidemounts. Back then a 20g was the maximum size you went with and the fastest dsm just broke into the low 11's!
I searched and found some threads, but here is my question. Could you take a upgraded sidemount (top to bottom flow) and use a nitrous express kit to cool the air enough to run a Red/L3R turbo?
Does anyone have any logs of intake teperatures using a sidemount vs a front mount? Just like water/air intercoolers there small and finicky, but the cool a charge just like a front mount. I feel like artificially cooling the intercooler would work very similar.
Any advice is appreciated.
jb.
