Yet Another Newbie Turbo question

ok i'm not that much of a newbie so i'll try to post this age ol turbo question the best i can without leading into a big argument.

ok here we go

i have 95 gs-t with basic mods. have turbo xs rfl, uic pipe on the way from Santa! i'm a low buget racer offcourse. now i'm about to run into some money at the end of the month and i have been looking at the Big T28 Killers and the Big 16 Killers. now before i bolt on the turbo i will have all my intercoolor pipes done, and a turboback exhuast that i'll put on along with the turbo. now keeping in mind i wanna spend next to nothing, am i looking in the right way or am i way off? I know with the 16gs i will have have an install kit right?. respond back or pm with details? now i'd like to be comfortably in the 13's and able to dip into the 12's in the summer if at all possible with a few other mods. thanks

With with any new turbo install you need to have all the right fuel mods and logging equipment(injectors,pump,AFC,logger) You will not get it for next to nothing. Some things you just have to spend the money on.
