Mpg!!! Gas Hog!

ok please tell me that when i upgrade my fuel system with a wlbro pump, and good enough injectors that im not gona get like 15 mpg???

i mean what it start at like...22-24? see thats good. my rx-7 right now gets like 9 mpg and i hate it. i want over 20. so how much will it go down when i do those fuel upgrades...

if all things remain Equal, you Should Actually be at equal MPG.

I know that the "big" turbo 1g's are able to get ~28-30mpg while 14b's are only able to "scrounge" up 22-26.

however..... If you're going to be "testing" this new fuel Setup, plan On using a good Amount more Fuel.

Are you serious? Is it possible to overall get better mileage froma 16G over a 14B? How so? Does the 16G flow that much easier?

If you want to keep good gas mileage just stay off the gas. If I don't floor it or rev it I can get ~25 city. If I do floor it and race a lot it drops off to about 18-20 never any worse.

looks like its time for me to do a tune-up. I'm only getting about 17-19 mpg.

HAHAHA!!! My O2 sensor is bad plus I have big injectors and fpr overrun and I was getting 10MPG all city driving some boost no racing. I got an afpr. New O2 goes in friday then a fill-up and hopefully some batter mileage.

the *simple* Answer is because larger Turbos stay in vacuum longer,
and stay out of "aggressive" fuel Trims more..

yeah b/c belive it or not the mpg does matter to me now, ive had an rx-7 for the last year and have gotten anywhere from 4 to 11 mpg. THATS RIGHT 4 - 11 !!!
