On my oil cooler/oil housing, where my oil line from the oil pressure gauge to the housing connects is leaking. I'm at college and dont have a lift/jack so installing a new oil line kit is not on my wish list of things to do. I'd like to just get a cap for the line, but Auto Zone had nothing. What do you guys use to cap this line?

What I picture is kind of like the 1/8" line connecting, with the crush washer and that cap with the hole for the line. If they made a cap without that hole it would be perfect...

So are you saying that you have an aftermarket guage setup? If so, you really should just back out the fitting with the line, and put a plug in it. They make 1/2", 1/8" and 1/16" plugs as well as many other sizes. Can you get a picture of it up so we can help a little more, or tell us what size the fitting is?

its leaking throught that hole in the "cap" for the oil line. I dont have a dremmel on me to get a smooth cut on the line to put a new crush washer all the way on, so I think the one I have on now is leaking. The leak is a very, very slow drip. About one tiny drip every 5 seconds.
