Glen Burnie / Balt,
I don't know what's going on but just recently i will be WOT and in my top end of second and third it will sputter and you can feel it jerk a little bit. I'm not sure if the clutch is slipping or whatever but i hate it. I just need some suggestions on what to check. i'm running 15 psi on a 2.5 dp and stock catback. Any suggestions will be appreciated

I second that.
Most like Plug wires. happened on my car with 30k on it. But it was 10yrs old.

Plug wires especially stock goes with age.

I had a very similar problem about a year ago. It bugged the hell out of me. It ended up being a very small hair line crack on the insulator on one of my Bosch platinum spark plugs. I had to look very close to even see it cause it was so small. At the time I didn't know that platinum plugs weren't a good choice for turbo applications, so now I use NGK BPR7ES plugs gapped at 0.28. I would definately start with your plugs and wires first. Good luck!

I know this is old but I am having the same problem. I ordered some MSD wires and got some BPR7ES plugs. I am putting some things in in about a week. And that is why I went with the 7's instead of 6's.

Did this solve your problem?:thumb:

Was wondering before I go putting all of my setup in the car. Thanks for the reply!
