Exhaust Manifolds on GSX

on a GSX how do you tell if one of the aftermarket exhaust manifold will work with the turbo parts and the rest of the exhaust? Will any exhaust manifold bolt up or will I need to choose a specific one... I think of the BIG T28 Killer turbo... what would be a good exhaust manifold for that... and will that same exhaust manifold work with the stock turbo...

For the 28 killer, the stock 2G manifold is fine. Just get a good port job on it.
