i just installed my a cyberdyne a/f gauge today. i found the pin out and hooked the power and ground wire to my cigarette lighter, and the other wire to the O2 sensor on the ecu. when i first started the car it read lean for about a min. and it slowly climbed to the top at rich. it has been reading rich since it climbed to rich, even when i put turn the key to accesories and turn the gauge on it still reads rich. what do you think the problem or cause is?

my mods are stock T-25 running about 13psi , dejon ic pipes, dejon intake, greddy type-s bov.

my fuel pump and injectors are stock, i haven't ever touched the maf sensor screw

maybe a bad O2 sensor?
It could possibly be a bad O2 sensor, but I would re-check all of your electrical connections first, and make sure that your hooked up to the right pin# on the ecu.

i took my pillar pod down and checked where i put my O2 sensor wire on the ecu it was the same as the pin out on vfaq and another set of instructions i found. i took my meter out and checked the voltage it read 5v when the car was completely cold then the voltage slowly started to creep down til it was around less than 1.5 v after 15min after starting the car and the top rich led turned off. next, after another 5min the gauge was reading right in the green even mixture area.

are O2 sensors usually this slow?

Well... if it's real cold where you live at it may take a little bit for your O2 sensor to heat up and start registering correctly. It's perfectly normal, mine did the same thing. If you have alot of miles on your original O2 sensor then you might want consider getting a new one. I changed mine out at 72000 miles on my car when I did my turbo swap.

Yeah... when ever your car has completely come up to normal operating temperature it should start blinking up and down normally.
