Because the 1990 through 1994 cyclone awd turbo engine is a 6 bolt engine rather than what engines that are in the 1995-1999 which are 7 bolt motors these engines have 2 different types engine mounts but alot of people are just having shops near them custom fit them in.

isnt that price a little high? the cyclone is a great motor, i have one myself, but 5k? i hope i read that wrong

Fits easily, you just have to shave a little off of one of the motor mounts.

Yup, you did read it wrong. The $5k was for the whole front clip! Basically the front half of the car.

And for the 6 bolt into a 2G, remember to switch the CAS as well.

My, jdm 6 bolt came with the CAS. It was a complete engine minus accessories like alternator, etc. I think thats how most of them are
