exhaust confused

ok if i get a greddy catback exhaust and a year form now get a turbo kit will i still be able to use the exhaust or will i have to buy a exhaust system for a gst?

You should be abel to jsut use the cat back exhaust. If can be bolted up to it cut the ends off and mig weld you a 3 inch pipe in its place to connect the two. just my two cents

No, you won't have to change the exhaust. It would be better to upgrade to a full 3" exhaust though. I would wait and have a custom 3" exhaust made if you are planning on buying a turbo for your car. Why spend money twice on the exhaust system?

3" is the way to go.

If you plan on upgrading to a turbo, go for it. If you don't know when you will be doing the upgrade hold out and buy a turbo system first.
