I am getting a stock 95 o2 housing for cheap and am going to port it during the winter season along with getting some other mods in place.
Any tips on how i should go about with the porting and i think you use a 7cm gasket for the out let to match it to the dp, right? Other tips on porting the inlet as well.

Yeah, ive seen that before and its a good guide, but do you need to get a new gasket for the tubine side of the O2 housing? Im new to porting things so i really dont have that much exp.

You will need a new manifold->turbo gasket because the turbine inlet on the turbo will be port matched to the exhaust manifold.

You will need a new o2 housing->downpipe gasket because the exit from the o2 housing will be larger. (If you have a stock exhaust, this causes a problem)

No, i have the n1 dp. I looked on the vfaq to see what size gasket to get, but it really didnt tell me which one, just said a ford 4,6,8, cyl. Does that mean you need it off of a ford exhaust part? Know what store to get it at?

Taking off the exhaust manifold and the o2 housing is a #@%#@%#@%#@%#@% trust me on that one. If you do get it done you will tell a difference. My car almost seemed somether and like it was spooling faster but smoother, of course i was still being layed back in the seat at 19 Psi on the T to small here. yeah i know if it goes i have an exuse for buying the Big T28 killer i want that much quicker. As of now the darn thing is holding 19 well. Depending on how good you can port stuff you could make a 10 hp gain in doing that turn into a 1 horsepower gain if you dont do it right like the vfaq says.
