Hey i just put on the JDM throttle body on my car it's bigger mine is 52mm and the JDM is 60mm but it only has 1 nipple on the top has anyone done this before is there a tech guide or a way how to do it.?

no the 1g tb i am useing has 3 and my jdm has 1 too.

Post a pic of your 60mm JDM throttle body. I have seen a lot of JDM engines, they all had the same size TB as U.S. engines. I plugged the vacuum port, I don't think there is really any use for it unless you still have your emissions equipment.

The ISC motor has a harness with a connecter on it that is different as well, i believe?

Ok as it appears my parents took my camera to florida with them so i can't take any pics until Wensday and the car is not running right with the JDM throttle body it drops off to 0 rpm when ever i let off and the it kicks back to 1grand and idles normally... the guy that i bought the throttle body from said that i cap off the emission stuff and just hook up the one that i need and i can't figure out which one that is... the body it self has A2,A1,E,P but only P has a nipple on it can you guys help me out..?

the JDM throttle body only has 1 I dont think it should have room for the other nipples. Mine just had the one spot.
and the isc does have a cable.
But the usdm ISC drops right in. i cant remember how id id it.

I dont think i even used the jdm throttle body.
But i dont think its any bigger. Heck I may have it laying in the garage.

Yeah i got it to work!!! yeah all the parts just drop in and you have to cap off the other two nipples and it's bigger ours is 52mm and the jdm is 60mm i can feel a lot better respond on the peddle and installation was very easy except i wanted to make it harder on me LOL! Thanks for the help guys!

2g t-bodie's are 52mm, all 1g t-bodies are 60mm, the only reason people use the jdm peice is when they remove the emmission's and want to have only one vac nipple instead of a buncha capped off crap..

Yea, it's just emissions. I hope you capped that one nipple off and left the other hoses hanging. Make sure you don't cap the hoses too.

In that case i put on a 1g JDM throttle body cause i know it was 60mm opening i compared them before putting it in.... installation was easy just cap off basically and for some reasone my exhaust sounds a whole lot lounder..not to mention respond is better

Just a note for you future users of the JDM throttlebodies, the one port that is left is a boost/vac source, but it's only useable when the throttlebody is open.

It also likes to make odd readings sometimes when at partial throttle, so don't really use it for your boost gauge. Use the FPR line. It could be useful for a boost source for the cyclone intake manifold or some other WOT boost sensitive device, however.
