what kind of vacuum should I expect with the web cam 546/547 grind? also, should I be having problems keeping the boost at 20-22 psi with a small 16g ported and clipped 10deg?

I'm at -9 to -10 psi at idle

just so you know, vaccum isn't measured in psi, it's measured in "inHg", or inches of mercury.

when i installed my web cams and set the idle, i had 14inHg vaccum at idle

Im having trouble setting my idle. What does yours run at?

I ajusted my BISS as much as I can an it still runs to low. (700-750rpm)

What do you guys thing about adjusting my throttle blade on the T/B so it is open a little @ idle. I think that should work to raise the idle. I just need to get around 900rpm, thats where it feels the best.

I think that is a good idea with the throttle plate. Don't see where it would hurt anything. Let me know how it turns out if you do it.

I had the same low idle issues with my web cams. Assuming you followed the VFAQ BISS procedure I would try adding more fuel with the AFC. I tried using base fuel pressure (up to 50psi) and SAFC settings to get a better idle and for me, just adding 10-15% more fuel at 1k did the trick.
