question about AHP o2 housing

is the ahp o2 housing 2.5 in.?? it didn't say clearly on the site about the size.. all it said was about the wastegate passage opening. anyone have this piece?? im doing some research on o2 housings, high-flow cat, and dp and they have really good prices thanks in advance

Yes and it bolts up just fine to my 2.5" DP. If I had to do it over again, I woudl get the SS version, but I wasn't thinking. Very nice piece though besides the paint chipping off Very satisfied with its performance and you can't beat the price. Only downside is that you sometimes have to wait a little while for delivery. This may have changed recently, but i'm not for sure. You might give him a call. I usually was able to get ahold of him in the morning hrs with no problems.

i have the ahp ss o2 dump housing it fit well and is loud i recommend it and it got rid of boost creep my from my 3" turbo back exhaust

I was running one on my galant,its a nice piece but I had to cut off the dump and make a new one to reroute the exhaust gasses back under the car. It blew directly onto the front crossmember,and was actually getting hot enough to start to melt the plastic draincock on my Modine radiator,and the corragated wrap around a wiring harness under the crossmember was starting to melt. Luckily,I caught it before it started to melt the wire insulation. I called and told them about it. Im pretty sure that they have redesigned it since then,I bought one of the earlier versions.

The O2s have been changed for the AWD 1G versions to dump back under the engine more. The 1G FWD and 2G AWD/FWDs are the same unit with the Atmosphere Dump going Straight down only fractions of an inch away from the O2 flange.
