I have a talon that no matter how tight I tight the exhaust bolts they keep getting loose. the exhaust bolts that bolt to my turbo that is. I baught all new bolts for it just in case the others were stretched and that worked for about a month and again with the problem. the only thing I came up with was that a lot of vibration is in the engine and the keep getting loose like that. I have a act 2600 and maybe that's wats causing the vibration. does anyone have any suggestions please let me know.

WHat type of washers are you using?

You need a washer similar to this one.

These ones actually dig into the metal a little and help keep them tight.

Here's personal experience on this one: nothing worked holding my turbo bolts down short of absolutely unreasonable torque numbers. But when I got the right washers it did just fine.

You still have a bit of flex pipe in the engine pipe dont you? because if you dont thats what causes the the bolts to come loose and it wont matter what bolts, washers you use they will always fall out. i leart from experience.

You need star washers. I've yet to take off my turbo, but every other bolt on my exhaust has them. That's what you should get.
