You would be wasting your money.

Start with the tuning guides on this site. If you're new to DSMs, follow them religiously. Read everything you can, and spend as little money as possible until you're *certain* you're doing the right thing.

thanks for the information. I am currently trying to buy a stock turbo just to replace mine and get the car back drivable. Then i will start with the mod's.

Thanks
Mark

I would get the turbo. I think GN's have like a 19C from the factory. Not too sure but it's a good size turbo and it's a mitsu turbo so it should blot right on.

yeah, but he's mostly stock. He would never have enough fuel to run that turbo. YOur better off looking for a 14b on the trader - www.dsmtrader.com . Be careful tho, you can get ripped off easily

the GN turbo is good to about 350 hp. Its a T3/T4 design with an internal wastegate and 3 bolt turbine flange vs 4 bolt for other T3s. If you can get it that cheap i would get it.

You would need a custom manifold,oil/water lines,O2 housing etc...It might be a big step for a beginner though so you might want to stick with a Mitsubishi turbo

Nope. Its not a mitsubishi turbo. Its a Garrett and it won't bolt up to a stock turbo DSM manifold.

Oh $hit my bad. I think it's the syclone/typhoons that come with a mitsu turbo. Somebody correct me here?

Yes syclone had mitsu turbos.

I had a GN compressor wheel in my stock turbo. It ran great, just never got to the track with it.
