i have a 2g gst.. i'm will be putting on the sbr tubular ss exhaust manifold, and the sbr o2 housing with dump tube.. how much hp will be added?

greddy fmic and all piping
2.5"downpipe, 2.5"highflowcat, 2.5" catback

Pretty much none. You were better off with that stock manifold and O2 housing, because with that T25 still in there, you're still going to have a tiny turbo that has its boost fall off after 6000 rpm's.

You're better off selling that shiny shit, and putting your money towards a larger turbo (either a 16G of any variety or a T28), a Walbro 190 fuel pump, and a set of 550cc injectors.
 
Keep your stock manifold and port it. Even the guys from SBR will tell you to use cast for daily driving and tubular for track driving. To much heating up and cooling off during daily driving. With your stock turbo all you will see if a few hundred RPM better spoolup. Other than that nothing. A lot of guys make a lot of power on here and prefer the 2g manifold over tubular. I would stick with stock and get it ported.

Wait until you have the 20g. You will have very minimal gains without it.
 
Still even with bigger turbo. SBR will tell you themselves, tubular for drag, cast for the street.
 
To answer your question, any horsepower gains from bolting on a tubular manifold will be minimal. As it's been stated, such a modification is geared towards improving spoolup. Like most upgrades that improve airflow (intake or exhaust) the higher the engine output, the more it's effects are magnified. So on a more or less stock motor expect only small gains, if any.

The injectors and fuel pump are a good next step if you intend to buy a larger turbo down the road. Don't forget the adjustable fuel pressure regulator and some form of fuel control (Chipped ECU, SAFC, DSMlink AEM EMS, etc.). It's best to take care fuel supply before increasing airflow. :laser:
 
Regardless of any answer, the question is still asking for bench racing, something that is against the rules. The responses are guesses or approximations at best, and even if someone managed to have the exact same setup you have and install the exact same parts you are asking about, there's a good chance that the results will vary between both cars. The only way you will get a true answer to your question is to dyno your car now, install the parts, and dyno again.
 
If I were you I wouldn't listen to anyone, just research and see what you want. Nobody knows what you want more than yourself. Just because SBR or whoever says something. It shouldn't be enough go find out why. A lot of people say crap, so what? go find out yourself.

exactly 567.907 hp will be added by installing that manifold.
