Clutch started squeeking after putting motor back in

Today i got all my fluids and everything back in my car and was starting to get it running. The first thing that i found that wasnt working was the power steering pump. It just started griding really loud. So i shut the car off/ took of the belt and ran it without it... the noise went away, so i figured that one out. Now i let the car run for about 2 minutes and i start to hear this high pitch squeel come from the clutch area.... i just put a SPEC stage 3 on it w/ 6 puck disk and new throw out bearing. Dont really know what this is but i need help bad... few more things that happen... my check engine light came on and when the rpms get to about 3500 and then drop back down, it his about 300 rpms and almost dies out... any kind of solution to this? Thanks in advance

First off, I would get that CEL code checked at a local auto parts store or a friend with a logger. Could be related to your other problems.

Did you plug your maf sensor back in? Did you grease your throw out bearing?

Well the cars up for the winter with like everything pulled off of it so its impossible to take it somewhere.. but for the throw out bearing thing... no i didnt grease it but when i applied pressure to it more grease came out of it so i figured it would have plenty of enough grease on it... could i be wrong... lets hope not..
