Radiator ?

Can anyone tell me if the stock radiator and cooling fans are sufficient enough to keep my engine cool.(check my mods) I dont have the car running yet, but I am still buying stuff that I need.

Ya it should be fine unles the radiator is clogged up.

So I could just take it to a shop, have it flushed, and I should be fine. No 500 radiator?

To shy away from the radiator thread, how do you think my car is gonna run? i.e. 1/4 mile, hp?

Flushed and maybe rodded out depending on how old and jacked up it is.

my radiator was acting funny and i thought it would have to replaced. i drained the fluid, bought some cleaner from a local auto parts store, used it. i refilled it with coolant and bam, everything was fine.

I bought a Modine radiator from work (I work for an auto parts distributor) and it's been great. They run like $120. Has metal end tanks instead of plastic like the stock radiator. Might be just as cost effective as having the old one cleaned/rodded. Modine PN 2112 btw.

Radiator.com has what I think is the Modine for $138 plus shipping. The only sensible alternative would be a Fluidyne, and that's going to run you quite a bit more.
