whats wrong with my car???

Recently my car has been acting really wierd. when i start it up. it idles fine for about 5min and after that it starts to choke just like when i minus the hell out of my fuel trim. then it will hit regular idle agian and choke agian, sometimes it also surges. i also notice when all this is happening is that when i look at my rpm the lil rpm pin some times twitches, ticks up 100rpm at least 4 times. Also before all this started happening i accidently pull my rear o2 sensor a lil thight and one of the wires got spliced and ground to the car and i was blowing up my egine fuse and as soon as i fix was as soon as i got my problem. So i think this is the root to my problem. I also talk to a friend and he said that my ecu might be shot. but i dont know,
i need some help or some advice. so if any one has any please help.

Sounds like a bad IAC and or leaks around the throttle body. Do a boost leak test to check for leaks and see if you can find a different IAC you can borrow just to throw in your car and see if that is the problem.

It could also be a bad MAF. Try unplugging the IAC and the MAF (not a the same time) while idling. If it stops surging while one is unplugged you have found the culprite. Good luck-Jon
