well, i've noticed this everytime i pop my hood, i have 2 melted harnesses, one i believe is my knock sensor harness (a white wire and a black wire), it's by the throttle body side of the valve cover, and since i couldnt get the 2 ends apart since they are fused together, i just cut the 2 wires a ways back so i could solder them when i put the engine back in... the other one is the one that bolts in by the intake camshaft, there was a 10mm bolt holding it there, so i just took that out and pulled the harness off, no big deal... anyways, what should i do? if i buy a new knock sensor does it come with both harness ends? i doubt i am due for changing the knock sensor anyways, and they are $70 on slowboy, so if anyone has any ideas, just let me know...

well here is a picture

i dont anticipate having my car running until january i spose, thats why i wanted to take my engine out now, so if anyone has the end off of the main harness that connects to the knock sensor end, and wants to sell it to me, that would be fine..
