when you instaling injectors , does o-rings goes up to here or more up to the metal part . Reason i'm asking my is, my plastic end on two injectors is little damaged and i had to cut part of it. i dont wanna play with fuel so im asking just to be sure. If it goes up to metal thing then i think plastic part rea,ly doesnt matter.
anyone?

thanks

Don't worry. The lower Oring goes all the way up and touches the metal body. I had an injector with a broken and missing plastic tip, and it still ran fine.

Spread a drop of oil on the upper and lower Orings when you install the injectors, it'll keep the Orings from tearing.

how far up? what kind fuel pressure is below the oring

i put injectors back every thing seems to fit (o-ring fuel rail) , but now i cant put connectors on to power up injectors. There is no space between fuel rail and injector.... anyone knows why is this, should i cut part of the connector to make it fit or there is something else i can do

There should be plenty of room for the electrical clips to plug in, unless you got the wrong injectors. Did you use the black plastic spacers that go between the fuel rail and the head? Without them the fuel rail will sit too low.
