Which is a better turbo for a DSM? The 12A which flows 15lb/min or the T72 which flows 80lb/min? Which will spool better? I'm going to drive my car on the street with pumpgas and 15psi. How much power will a T72 make at 15psi? Like 900hp? I also will get NOS.

I know what mods I need and I don't want any advice. Infact don't even answer this at all because what you probably have to say is not what I want to hear and I'm going to get all pi$$ed off about it and yell at everyone and call them mother#@%#@%#@%#@%ers and pieces of #@%#@%#@%#@% because I am like 16-years-old and have no control over my hormones.

WELL I'M GETTING CROWER CAMS AND A CROWER STROKER KIT TO SPOOL MY 12A OR T72. PLUS NOS.
 
Stick the the stock turbo. With the right mods, you can pull 9's easily.

I've got a friend who owns this Talon. He has a t-25 in it and all it does is haul a$$. I couldnt believe that just exhaust adds 100 + hp...

I suggest you get some Greddy exhaust too.
 
Yeah, it's off a Starion, it flows 235cfm or something, which I had guessed is about 15lb/min. Not sure on how to convert that.

The T72, without a doubt, should be your turbo of choice. Spools around 1800rpms and boosts well past redline. I have heard that they are good for ~800 G-Tech Pro HP. I saw a compressor map for them and din't really know what I was looking at, but it looked impressive. Each is custom built and sold exclusively on ebay from that same guy who brought us those electric turbos (speaking of, they are a GREAT buy - My buddy just put one on his Civic DX and now he not only beats the Schwinns around town, but he beats them by bus lengths!). I heard that if you buy a T72 within the next 20 minutes, that it will come with a Tornado_™. Just heresay though.

I would stay away from the Crower stuff though. All crap I heard. The best upgrade you can do as far as cams would be to switch to cams from a N/A 4G63 2.0L Mitsu motor. They are very rare and supposedly have a much more agressive idle and are the best hing other than V-TEC.
 
Dont forget to put in this product called Tornado, what it does is it spin the air going into the engine and thus giving better air fuel mixture. You will see crazy HP to the wheels. i have heard you see 142.9853x hp to the wheels.
 
Which one? 12A or T72? Everyone knows with those turbos you do a twin turbo sequential setup, and ofcoarse you have to squeeze some NOS...puhlez come back when you get a clue :rolleyes:
 
You should cut the exhaust wheel off the T-72 and put a pulley on it and run it from where the A/C used to be( you did remove it did'nt you). Then cut the compressor wheel off the 12a and run it also from the A/C location but scavenge the exhaust manifold with it. Of corse with this set up and your NT cams will will need to convert your cylinder haed to pneumatic valve springs. You can get most of the stuff for this at home depot. Most people don't get this part right, but your NOS fogger nozzle should be mounted to the drivers side sun visor and point towards the back of the car. The fuel solenoid and other stuff that came with the NOS kit you can throw away, that stuff is for honda's.
 
I say the T-72 cause I have one on my Briggs & Stratton powered go cart & run tens , plus it's daily driven ...;)
