Everywhere I've read telles me a X-turbo (20g) flows more at the the same psi as a smaller x-turbo (16g). Ok so I know why the 20g flows more bigger wheels, better design...etc

so why is 16psi from a 20g so much better than 16psi from a 16g? is it just a heat difference?

I think it is a lot about how much each turbo's flow, like a specific amount of CFM's. But I neither own a turbo car, nor a DSM so thats just what i think. Don't take it as fact.

nope. 16psi is 16psi no matter how you slice it or how you pressurized it. The only difference in the turbos is what temp the air will be and weather or not they can flow enough air to hold that pressure at red line.

so a 20G turbo, will not move more air(volume). at 16psi than, a 16G at the same pressure? i was under the assumption that it could move more volume at the same pressure? i know MM&FF, did a supercharger test. with the vortech S-trim and the paxton novi 2000. at the same boost level, the novi made more hP. because it moved more air at the same boost level:confused:
