Turbo-timer help

hey guys, i just got a brand new apexi tt and i installed it with the additional wire harness. yes i connected that under the steering wheel. then i had the 3 additional wires, black-ground on the ecu, grey-e-brkae line, and white-o2 sensor on the ecu. the tt runs but it doesnt save memory (ex. the time i set it to so it will count down). also i can turn the car to the on possiton and it will be fine but when i turn the car off the tt turns off. can anyone tell me why its not saving memory or staying on when i shut the car off?

I'd unplug the harness from under your steering wheel and make sure all wires are making contact. Then I'd call the dealer. Wish I could help more.

Sounds like your TT doesn't have constant battery power.

thanks guys but i already checked the harness and the three wires, everythings making good contact
