i got my car done with new engine SBR stage II 7bolt. Now i cant have more than 10psi, and on idle my car is not working well (rmp are not constant only if i turn on my ac). i've checked boost leak, i couldnt find anything. i havent done any tuning yet with 550cc and afcII. .....

yea, great explanation of the problem.

How did you do the boost leak test? Do you have a boost controller?

yep MBC. The weird thing is if you take pipe of from BOV for recirculation car turns it self off

well, unless you plug that hole (where the BOV recirculates to) your car will suck in unmetered air. This should make it run very lean (not good) but I suppose it could also make it stall.

Did you do a real boost leak test? I mean with an air compressor.

Yow, where to start? Where to start? Well since we are being so general, I don't see an AFPR in your profile, that could cause problem. You say you aren't tuned yet, running real lean or real rich can cause problem. Though you say that you did a boost leak, this does sound A LOT like an air leak problem somewhere. Whatever you're using for intake, is it metering properly? Maybe a little more info would help.

lets say that there is no boost leak.... what else would cause this, just 10 psi of boost...

All of the above plus more. An example would be to take a plug wire off. You will then see boost problems because you have the loss of power that your boost is generated on. This could also be a timing issue with the belt off a tooth. There are so many different things that you need to start to narrow down by checking items (i.e. check timing marks etc..)

No boost leak? Turn the boost up on your MBC. If you still dont get more then 10... DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK -> pull the vacuum source off of your wastegate actuator, go very easy on the throttle and try to get more then 10psi out of it. If you get more then 10psi, you either have a real big boost leak, or a problem with your MBC.

You REALLY need to do a boost leak test. A real one.

How did you run the boost leak check?

It would really explain whats going on IF your engine is running well. Got any datalogs you can post up? Did you pull 18% fuel across the board on your AFC to compensate for the larger injectors? You may even need to pull more then that to compensate for the lack of an AFPR.

EDIT: do you have an AFPR?? Your vehicle profile says you do and that you have 650's not 550's.

you got me i lied , its my friends car... but i was working on it
