I thought fuel pump, but I jumped in and it ran fine for a good hour drive. Not too mention I just replaced the MAS which no longer has the honeycomb removed. My car has done it twice and occasionally in the morning it will take 5 or 6 seconds to start? Should I go ahead and replace my fuel pump?

I would check your Coolant temp sensor. If you do suspect its your fuel pump then first check if its still working. Remember there are still a few things to consider like a clogged fuel filter also.
