Help! Fuel Problem 1GB

Help! Stumbles like a MAS problem, but, I just replaced the MAS, new ECU 3 months ago and the fuel pump is screaming and getting surge when turn signal is activated, assuming nothing else has freakishly died, am I correct to replace the fuel pump.

-The car starts but goes to 2300 - 2000 initalliy and then stumbles down to about 450 - 700 and surges, then if the gas pedal is depressed it actually acts like it is decellerating. I can't smell fuel and I don't know what to do, it is sitting at a local store, no tow problem, but if I can drop the fuel tank and replace the pump I would like to be able to drive it home as soon as possible.

P.S. I just got back from Detroit like 2 days ago and it ran like a champ except for the new MAS, and it ran perfect afterwards, I took it out for a good hard drive.

Don't bump your thread so it doesn't get closed. If the pump started screaming the same time the idle surge started then fuel pump would be my first choice as well.

Cool, it is just that I haven't had the time to buy another car yet so, my DSM is my DD. I know, moron, but I don't have a load of cash so I am waiting a while.
