This is my current plan and I was looking for some feedback before I started spending. I have a 97 GS-T with GReddy IC pipes and bov, and a 3" turbo back exhaust, and some other random mods (like motor mounts and stuff that I upgraded when they broke). Here's the list:

-HAHN SUPER 20G $800 (Hahn)
-HAHN INSTALL KIT $300 (Hahn)
-HAHN SUPER O2 HOUSING $150 (Hahn)
-650cc INJECTORS $300 (eBay)
-WALBORO FUEL PUMP $100 (Hahn)
-FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR $50 (rewire kit ebay)
-SAFC2 $220 (eBay)
-24x7x2.5 FMIC w/PIPES $525 (Club Mitsubishi)
-K&N HARD INTAKE w/FILTER $100 (classifieds here)

Does that list look okay for a 350hp-380hp set up? Anything I'm forgetting or any prices look strange? The total looks to be about $2500 plus shipping and some tuning time at the local DSM shop. Thanks for the feedback!

Due to their growing popularity and superior efficiency I would look into a PTE SCM50, they can be had for 850 shipped internally gated, and all you need is a 100 dollar oiling kit and your ready to go, cheaper than a 20g and much faster spool and more efficient wheel. Everything else looks good, with the 50 trim, or the 20g, you should expect to make more than 350 easily if tuned well, I put down 420whp on pump on a 50 trim, stock cams as well.

I'll research that now. Yeah, I realize 350 is a low goal for the turbochargers I am looking at but I just have this nagging feeling that I have a ton of limiting factors such as a stock 2G unported manifold, the internal gate, and an arguably small intercooler for this set up. I'll check out that turbo that you recommended, though, asap. Thanks for the advice! Any more comments would be greatly appreciated.

Why is that, exactly? I noticed a fair amount of threads regarding the Hahn series Super turbos, but I didn't really get any information as to why the are inferior. I suppose they just don't hold up as well or something? I'm reading about the PTE 50 trim at the moment and I like the look of it. No install kit on a 2G, only the oil in and out lines. Will it bolt up to the stock manifold and O2 housing? Also, did I read that it was oil cooled? What do you do with the water lines? Is oil cooling as reliable? Thanks again everyone.

It seems like the PTE-50SCM, internally gated, and with an elbow is $1025 from extremepsi.com.

The other option is the $1250 Hahn kit which would include the Super 20G, the O2 housing, and the complete install kit.

It seems like a pretty small difference if you take into account that I would have to have my O2 housing ported with the 50 trim, where as the cost of the 20G kit includes a new O2 housing. Am I over looking anything? What makes the PTE a better turbo? Thanks!

You will probably need a 3" intake with either of those turbos. Don't forget about new gaskets either. I deffinately recommend the 50 trim over the 20g. The oil cooling is fine, it's just a different style of center section. You can use bolts and caps to plug the stock water lines.
