Blitz Dual SBC

I have purchased a Blitz Dual Solenoid Boost Controller from a good friend of mine. Everything seemed great until I looked inside the box and there were Japanese instructions. I called Blitz-NA and they told me there was nothing they could do, because the controller came from Japan. I was wondering if anyone has ever installed one of these before, and if they have can you hook me up with some instructions.

I have blitz SBC ID it may hook up close to the same.
