evo III manifold gaskets

could be the haze my monitor has given me...but i can't find any secure information on the proper manifold gasket to get for the evo III manifold...

i'm getting a 7cm exaust to turbo gasket...but which gasket for manifold to head?...will an oem style gasket by fine?...or is there a fitment issue...

for example...can i just go ahead and order this...

i just want to make sure i get all the right parts cause i'm already hundreds more into getting my car running after initially just wanting to fix the radiator

im sure that gasket will wk. SBRT also has the right gasket too. if you have queries you could just call extreme psi and they'll let you the deal.

I have a Fully ported EVO III exhaust mani, and I picked upa Felpro gasket from Autozone and its fits perfectly fine.

oops i meant slow boy racing SBR. i ordered my ported evo manifold with gaskets from them. as i said you call call extreme.

Any stock gasket will work. The bolt pattern hasnt changed and the stock gasket port size is huge compared to the actual port on the head.

Most if not allof the vendors here are selling OEM product. I got a 4 layer from Logic performance. I like it better than the regular 2 layers I had used in the past. Price was not toobad either. Shop around for the best deal. mark

just another question about this issue...

what kind of gasket sealer do you guys recommend...or do i even use any...it didn't seem like there was any type of prior gunk on the original gaskets so i thought i'd ask...

I've never put sealer on any exhaust gasket, ever.

Bolt it up, run it for a while, then go back and tighten it up again.
