OK folks, i had my DSM about a week when i bought it she was simi-running with a bad bearing i found after pulling the motor apart. I decided to put her back together but not the way it was. She so far, after about a week has the following:

newly machined block bored .20 over
machine crank
wiseco 9:1 .20 over pistons
eagle rods
.87 head gasket lowering compression to 8 somthing, dont remember
Fully race ported head( this was an extra i had, must get reworked before install)
HKS SSQV
3' IC piping
t4 60-1 turbo - somone said spool will kill me but i always wanted this for my SRT
generic ebay 24*12 fmic
ACT clutch
short shifter

other stuff here and there but this is what i've got going for me so far... i'm hoping for mid 12's out of a 15 year old AWD car, ARE WE THERE YET?

BTW, yes there is more shit coming. STANDALONE or greddy emanage.

thanks, that's all i really wanted to hear... i hope everything works out good and i reach my power goal of 450whp 500+ on racegas. now to be patient while everythings gets put together. She'll be on stock turbo until about 500-1000 miles(making sure i dont go nuts), with occational boost giving it a proper breaking. Now, here is the problem; i've never driven an AWD car, so here comes replacing the clutch every week or two trying to pratice launching

I dont know your status on the tranny you have in that bad boy but I can say that Shepard Racing's tranny rebuilds are great. Have one in my car with a stage 3 Spec cluch and flywheel and they really get the job done.

Don't forget the transfer case! And I would get DSMLink, think you'll be much happier with that.

Get a fuel pump and Injectors and youl be flying in no time.

You didn't mention this stuff...Don't rape me if I'm wrong for assuming you don't have it I am just trying to be helpful

-MBC
-fuel pump
-680+cc injectors for that bad boy t4
-special ex. manifold to bolt on the 60-1
-3'' exhaust

For tuning, I agree, go with DSMLINK..Its better than a piggybank computer but its not a standalone...Tune via a labtop..good job on setup

i will be using a mbc, i've been thru numerious EBC's on my SRT-4 and they all produce inconsistent results, especially the ####ing profec bII which i hate with a passion. I will be using an msd inline fuel pump, rrfpr and i will be using a 2g manifold to bolt up the AGP RS60-1 turbo. And im going to sit the car for a while and save for the buschur 3' turbo back, there is only so much i can do on a miltary income with a srt-4 car payment im desperately trying to get rid of. Everyone is telling me DSMlink, i've yet to find some detailed specs and screen shots of this, but has anyone every considered the emanage gold??? its a beautiful thing, i've used it in my srt-4 for a while and couldnt complain.

I mean't when i said new to the game is, this is my very fist dsm and things are quite different from the SRT-4

i do not have the money to build the drive train until i sell my srt-4, can it hold 350-400whp for now? remember its AWD, 4-bolt rear w/ b1g lsd

Can and has but you will definately need a good clutch ACT 2600 or equivelant. The Stock tranny holding will depend on a few things like condition and how hard on it you are. You definately dont want any wheel hop, which can be prevented with poly suspension bushings/motor mounts, strut bars ets.

Good luck

i've got an ACT clutch already, and rear suspension done. car came with lowering springs. for now i just want a low 12 second car, next year i'll try to drop another second when i have more to spend.
