2G MAF to 1G wiring diagram

im doing a 2g MAF switch on my 1G vr4 and im a little bit confused with the wire tapping.

On the 1G diagram, #1 wire is for the idle position switch which does not appear on the 2g diagram. The 2G diagram has a #7 wire for the volume airflow reset signal which does not appear on the 1G diagram. The rest are similar and can be swtched.

Is the idle switch and the volume airflow reset signal one and the same? if not, where do I tap them?

Will appreciate it if one of you gents can post a diagram or a link wherein I can have better reference to. need help guys, thanks.

I'm experiencing the same problem with my fp intake I just got. I heard there is a diagram and does anyone know where to get it!

Thanks for the url. So did I understand it right that the #1 & #7 wires are one and the same but manuals just uses a different terminology?
