What r some good mods to do under $100 bucks that can give me some better performance. i have a k&n filter. thnx

Do the free mods. Get an aftermarket boost gauge and a MBC. That should be around $100.

ok here is some free mods...

Remove honey combs if you have a 1st gen mas
Take off the exhaust ( very loud but makes a BIG difference)
Take off the air box

After you get some money saved up you should buy a MBC, Boost gauge, and a EGT gauge. set boost on 15psi and it will run pretty decent

For the love of God, don't take the airbox off without building some sort of cold air intake! The ECU lowers timing as MAS temps increase. You'll go slower, not faster. There is no reason to mess with the air can at this stage of mods. Heck, the stock filter isn't even a significant restriction until later on. Yes, people run fast times with no cold air induction, but if they're still running a stock ECU, they're costing themselves horsepower.
