Hopefully, this will be my last question for a while. I've heard of a few people talking about boring out the intake manifold to match the throttle body. Does anyone know the maximum amount that you can bore it out? I would like to get my TB bored out to 64mm by RRE, and I would like the intake to match. If anyone has any information on this, let me know. Thanks.

Take the gasket that goes between the throttle body, and intake mani and trace it out on the mani. That should give you a safe enough range to play with.
