I have the 60-1 being sold by AGPturbo. I can onlyget 17/18 PSI max. I have my Buschur MBC tightened all the way and the actuator arm shortened all the way. I may have to do a boost leaktest though I believe the BOV is the culprit. I have ordered the seal kit but would like some feedback if anyone has the seal kit? Thanks, Mark

I have it. I couldn't get rid of the flutter with it, though, so I took it off. But it did hold boost-- I boost leak-tested it to 20 PSI. The only leak was one of the hoses going to the solenoid, so I clamped it down and that was that. The flutter/surge was too much to handle for me, though, so I removed the whole deal. Maybe it wasn't the seal kit's fault, but I don't know.

J doug did you just go back to the 1g BOV without it? Sounds like you had some compressor surge. Or did you go with another BOV? Was the kit easy to install? I need more than 17-18 PSI!!! I really think it is the BOV thoghI willbe doing a boost leak check soon. Anyone els? Mark

Yeah, at first I just unhooked all the hoses that came with it and ran the BOV that way, but I was still getting some surge/flutter. So I took the BOV off and removed the little set screw that blocks the small hole next to the valve and that seemed to get rid of most of the problem.

A boost leak test of the whole system is invaluable-- I discovered 3-4 leaks in mine a couple weeks ago. If you have boost leaks that may be the cause of your 17-18 PSI max.

The kit is very easy to install. You just plop the provided solenoid onto the firewall (it comes with a patch of double-sided tape on it) and run the hoses to the BOV and to another boost source. He even labels the ends of the hoses so you know which hose goes where. Just make sure all the connections are tight, and clamp down the hoses that go to the solenoid-- the little plastic barbs on it aren't that great.
