oil + spark plugs???

Ok I was changing my spark plugs the other day and on all four plugs the bottom half of the thread was covered in oil. I have no idea whats wrong? It drives perfectly. Help me out guys! Thanks!

You need to do a leakdown/compression test. Could be valve seals, rings, even PCV. Does it smoke?

can you show a picture? mine also had oil on them, but nothing out of the ordinary. my car also runs fine.......... most of the time........

I had the same problem, car ran fine, ended up being the spark plug gaskets inside the valve cover. These are included in a valve cover gasket set.

The car doesnt smoke. I'll replace the gaskets and do a leakdown and compression test and sorry I dont have a picture of it. Thanks for the help guys!
