Could I swap a cyclone motor with transmission into an RS or a GS without problems? What would it take? Are the mounts the same?

No they are not. Here are 3 major differences:
1) Your engine is a Chrysler engine w/ a mopar tranny.
2) Your car is a FWD and therefor would have serious issues running an AWD tranny
3) Your wiring is not set for a Turbo engine and would therefore need a serious overhaul.
Its actually not as simple as it sounds (read: there is a hell of a lot more to it) but you get the idea.
