Really? Your still on a 16g and your thinking about removing your gas tank?

actually ive driven 0miles with this car so far...Bought it 2 weeks ago for 200$ so its going to be an all out drag car...and a sometime street car...but thats when im hunting for races.
I think with my internal mods and the dsmlink, 720cc injectors and FMIC ill be close to maxing out that turbo my first time at the track...well i hope. So as of now its just the turbo thats on the car.. But when the engine is at the shop im doing all the chasis work and was just wondering..i could pull it myself but its ina apartment complex so you know.

IMO, after installing a fuel cell in my steet/race car, I would not recommend it. A 5 gallon cell would be to small to really drive any distance. Installing a larger cell(mine is a 15gal) and boxing it in per NHRA standards, I don't see the small weight savings worth the hassel. For something that is still gonna see time on the street, the best route would be to have the factory tank removed and sumped for AN fittings , use an external pump and upgrade your factory fuel supply and return lines.

is there a site that show nhra rules per times run? my local track has a site but it only gets into roll cages, racing seats and harnesses and a helmet
