i was looking around in gallery one day on tuners and i seen this photo of this guy who makes exhaust on ebay. i was just curious if he makes a good exhaust or not. he doesnt have good feedback for his exhaust but everyone says its because he takes forever to ship it. which is probably because hes still making it. Anyways tell me what you guys think!

its because people expect exhaust systems to ship next day. Thats not how it really works. Exhausts are usually a thing made to order, look at RNR theyve gotten backed up for 5-6months on exhaust systems before.

well any negative or neutral feedback he has gotten has been pyrchases for this exhaust. Seems a bit pricey to me. I'd take my chances with RnR's customer service for the same price before this one. Might take 3 months, but I know the quality is good.

The tubing etc is contracted out by a professional mandrel bender. Only thing he does is weld on flanges/hangers. I wouldnt consider that pricey seeing its 3" SS mandrel bent. But RNR also is no longer backed up so orders should be quicker id think.

But its a full 3" turbo back exhaust most people pay about 500 for a catback. i dont really want to wait 3-4 months for an exhaust that would make me one pissted off asian. i know lots of people are running custom exhausts all the time and it doesnt seem to alter their performance at all. do any of you people think it would be good for low 11's?

thanks

2.5" exhaust is plenty for 11's. Shit ive seen people do 11's with 'flexpipe' exhaust systems LOL.

guys, it comes with a tubular 2.5 inch o2 housing, down pipe, test pipe, and cat back exhaust for 500 bucks. I think it's a smokin deal dnhieu! I only wish I had a 1g.

its a 3 inch exhuast with a 2.5 inch 02 housing. I think I read on FP's website that they have no problems with the 2.5 02 housing making upwards of 500hp. For what thats worth, you might just be satisfied with it.

This is a good deal for what it is. If it's not the cheapest metal in the world then all it is is tubing that is made to fit which is all an exhaust really is. And it does NOT come with an O2 housing. And if you want a cat for it, it's 90 bucks more.

"This systems consist of a 3" Stainless steel downpipe with flex section, 3" SS off-road pipe (testpipe) and a 3" SS catback with an n1 style 304SS muffler."

But even so, it's not too bad if you can get by without a cat. If i could run a test pipe, I would. This is a about as good of a deal as what mine was. I got mine for $650 for a 3 inch turboback with hi flow cat and magnaflow muffler. And I got mine from ebay and it works EXCELLENT.

I got my 2.5" rnr turboback for 559 after shipping. I thought that was a great deal. I purchased it 6 months ago, and it took about 2 months to get to me. I have not put it on yet, but the welds and hangers all look great. When i got it, i didnt realize it was cat eliminating, but shhhh :thumb: ...Ill let you guys know in about a week how it sounds / performs.

yeah the guy sent me a personal message and seems really cool. i really want to buy his exhaust but i really dont feel like waiting 6 monts for an exhaust ya kno? especially since im really impaitent. if you would could u get some pics and tell me how it sounds? i would really apreciate it.

thanks david

Loud is an understatement IMHO for the RNR 3" turbo back. If you are going down the interstate, then you have to talk loudly to have a conversation with your passenger. This is the case for me but keep in mind I have no cat and my sunroof track need replacing so it leaks in air. One the hangers didn't fit in the rear and occasionally the exhaust pipes rattles against my rear "axle", but this is really occasionally as in once a week when you hit a bump just right and such. I eventually plan on getting an additional 3" straight through muffler welded in midline to help with the sound level while not decreasing flow.

There is a guy who does custom exhaust systems that are within that price range and he is a real relieable good customer service guy..

Check out there website --> www.kteller.com

On a side note, I ordered my Buschur Racing 3" Turboback two weeks ago and just got it in today. Man is this thing ever one awsome system. BR gets a big :thumb: from me.
( Reason it took two weeks for those curious, Magnaflow Mufflers were on a 1.5 week backorder.)

i didnt have to wait 6 months... more like 1.5.....the talon's been down for 4 months while we straighten some things out.

keith at TurboTrix told me that he gained 2mph in the quarter mile by just switching to a 3inch o2housing over a 2.5inch backed by his 3in turboback. At the time he was making 480whp. I know 2 miles per hour doesnt sound much but in the quarter mile that is some nice extra whp. If any of you know or heard of keith, you know he knows what he is doing.
