i have a afr gauge , can i run the sensor wire to the pinout right off the ecu wireharness? its a 1g gsx

Yes, that will work and is probably easiest.

Ahh c'mon, some people like the light show (myself included) They are not completely useless, well as far as tuning yes their useless but they can tell you that something has changed, your O2 sensor is gone or something has gone wrong.

Ya hook it up to the wire that comes from your ecu, thats the best spot. Should be a pin out diagram on the www.vfaq.com to hook it up.
