How long do you run the turbo timer?

I recently bought my 97 GS-T Spyder and it came with a Blitz turbo timer on it. I have no idea how long I should run the timer aside from the fact that I should obviously run it longer after I have driven really hard or fast. I usually set it for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes, how about everybody else?

I also have a Blitz TT and I set mine at 1.50 and if I drive it hard, I will set it to 2.0-2.5.

I am a firm believer in letting the car sit at idle for no more than 1 min. I usually dont even let it go that long, maybe 30 seconds afetr a good run. Now, Ive always used water cooled center sections. A water cooled bearing housing does not allow the oil to reach coking temps. I dont let the car sit running very long, because of the very low oil pressure during idle. Just my oppinion.

30 seconds for normal driving, after a hard run I drive around slow for a while to cool it down and keep oil pressure up, and then I'll run the TT for 1 min but as the person above said there is no reason to let it sit for 3 mintues when you have almost no oil pressure at idle anyway. just my opinion though Corey... woops didnt notice the title of the poll I guess I can vote now but it still doesnt include the fact that I will go out of my way for a couple minutes and drive slow to cool it down.
