Where can I get one, who sells them?

I'm thinking dual 14b or one t-25 and one 14b...

anyone know if some you can buy of ebay or do you just have to get them custom 100%

I'd say custom. I dont know any other DSM's running bi-turbo except for the twin engine Talon.
