Buying new turbo, looking to get some questions answered.

My T25 just shit the bed and I'm looking for a replacement. I was going to stick with a evo3 16G, but after a little research I stumbled upon this sucker.

I've been out of the loop for a while and searched a bit but found nothing but people arguing over which turbo is better. I'm not looking for an argument, I'm just wondering if any of you guys who are more knowledgable with turbos can help me out.

I'm not demanding much, I'm really just looking for a replacement turbo that'll give me great bang for the buck, I'm looking for something that is capable of 400 AWHP even though I'm sure I won't touch 300, I'd just like the room to grow in the future.

This turbo seems to be on some sort of special sale right now, basically includes the turbo, which flows about 48 lbs/min, and "Full SS feed line with fittings, SS Return line with push lock swivel fittings, CNC machined drain flange and all the oil gaskets you need." with free shipping for only $750.

Does anyone have any experience with this particular turbo? When should I expect full spool on a car with a GM MAF, everything ported and full 3" turbo back? Anything around/under 4k is acceptable. Is there anything else comparable to it's number/price that would be a better option?

Anyways, sorry for the long post, I just wanna make sure I have everything covered before making the investment. Thanks in advance.

That will do what you want, and spool under 4k. Every turbo question thread turns into an argument. But I think that turbo will do what your looking for. But be prepared for people to suggest other turbo's and argue =P
