manual boost controller

im wondering if someone can help me out where the best place is to install it.
which one is the boost line
i have a 2g 1995 eclipse turbo

Either:

1. A port on the turbo compressor housing
2. A "T" into the BOV line
3. A "T" into the "P" port on the TB
