About to install fuel injectors...do I have everything?

I put on new orings, got new fuel injector seals. What is that black tip on the injector on the head side? Is that normal for a PTE injector or will it melt off? Also these are 680 PTE injectors...what should I set my global settings at?

It's called a pintle cap and most injectors have them but this is the first time I've seen them on PTE modified Delphi's.

Did you get a flow sheet with the injectors? People report them flowing anywhere from 640cc to 720.

450/680 - 1 = -.338 so try starting out at about -34% and see where that puts you.
