cant pass 5 psi(turbotoosmall t25)........... whats wrong? i checked for leaks but there is none.

check ur vaccum lines... if you have a greddy type-s, ensure you have a line tapped to it... double check if you lines are CORRECTLY put together... you might of reversed your lines... maybe?? i dunno.. but hope those ideas helps...

check for a properly working turbo [ i.e., check for blown seals, little/no shaft play, hooked up WG ]

check for boost and vac leaks, check WGA for movement, make sure your WG arm is NOT bent.

make sure your boost gauge is hooked up correctly.

Do a boost leak test. I had the same problem and found that my BOV was stuck open.

Make sure all your couplers are on tight on your uicp nad any other intercooler piping
