In the past week I have gotten....

EvoIII
Pacesetter tubular exhaust manifold
Datalogger
Walboro 255lph
MAFT and 3"GM
o2 dump from punishment racing (2nd rate quality I must say)
kyb shocks and intrax springs
SARD R2D2 BOV
31X12X3 bar and plate intercooler
front and rear strut tower braces
non-cruise control throttle cable

and looking for at least 650cc injectors but havent ordered yet.

I have 145k miles on my 1990 eclipse fwd but I checked my compression and got 165,157,165,150 so I seemed to be in good shape. I blew my 14b so I decided to go all out. Seem like a good idea?

One thing I do need help on is the intercooler setup the intercooler is a side to side with 3" inlet and outlets. I want to keep my stock fan and AC and run my MAFT blow though so I can vent (FL is tooo hot) so I need some help with piping.

I too spent $2500 on upgrades for my car in less than a week. For some reason, i dont think i got as much as you did. You must be a smart shopper. LOL.
I dont know how well you can tune with that MAFT, but you may want to check into an s-afc or something. I got a package from SBR with injectors, pump, and s-afc for a really good deal.
For the intercooler piping, i wouldn't think it would be that hard if you are having a shop build the piping. You'll need a J-Pipe for that evoIII that is for a FMIC. They make one that shoots right down between your fans. I can't recall the company that makes it, but someone on here will tell you.
Good luck

That is correct. You need some sort of fuel management system. The new S-AFC is recommended.

You have the side to side I/C, you will may need to upgrade the a/c fan with a slimmer model. Dejon tool offers a race side to side FMIC.

Email Dave at dejon tool and ask about just purchasing the i/c pipes.

Also, these items should be considered:
- Evo III Housing:

I am in ft.Lauderdale. I can port the O2 housing and exhaust manifold for you.

- Intake. Remove the stock intake and try one of these, which will be easy for your i/C setup:

- J-pipe

- Fuel pump and replace the fuel regulator with a new one. I have the walbro 255lph with a new fuel regulator and the SAFC eliminates the rich idle problem.

- 3 inch turbo back with a free flow cat is recommended.

- Boost, EGT, A/F ratio gauges are recommended.

- Perform sll the free mods. Service the differential and transmission. Check the computer for leaking cap.
