I have a 6-bolt turbo block, and I am putting thought into removing shafts while block is still out of car. What gains are expected, is it worth it (higher rev???), and I have heard you need to get the bottom end balanced afterwards. What does it run to get the block balanced???
If I had the cash at the time I would have replaced it for the sake of avoidint that hassle, never mind the whole reliablity issue
