Avc-r?

I have a friend with an AVCR - and I was looking at it...

And I noticed that it reads in KHM not MPH.

is there anyway to change that?

The same way you cant get it to convert bar to lbs of boost is the same way you cant get KMH to read MPH. That is just one of the downfalls of buying Japanese electronics. All of their measurements are for the home market.

why do you need to get your speed from the avcr? you have a speedo for that.

Yeah but the AVC type R is cooler duh!

Yeah the US is stuck with the less accurate english measuring system.

2. Precision; exactness.
3. The ability of a measurement to match the actual value of the quantity being measured.

That is the definition of accuracy. English measurements are plenty accurate its just hard to convert between the various units (feet, yard etc). Needlessly complicated yes. But to say it isn’t accurate is silly.

Then I wonder why the rest of the WORLD uses the metric system.
